The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to major attractions and a convenient car park. This made it convenient for us during our business trip. Lastly, the room was well-equipped and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

everything was very clean, outstanding staff, best possible location really close to the piazzale michelangelo, florence and city centre. there were brilliant eggs and pastries for breakfast.

The room is gorgeous and beautiful with a balcony, everything is great. We will come back as our stay was memorable.

I recently stayed at Hotel David for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel itself was immaculate and had a beautiful courtyard. I particularly loved the secured on-site parking. Right next door, there is an amazing bakery, and across the river, there is a dog park and outdoor cafe. The center of the city is just a 10 minute walk away. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the mini fridge in the room was stocked with free drinks. it was a wonderful stay for a great value.

Felt so at home, no complaint.

We were blown away by the amazing view from our room's balcony. The large, clean room and beautiful decorations made our stay more fun. The hotel's service was perfect, from the personalized support for our city tour to the complementary drink and snacks. The short walk to the city center was pleasant, or we could easily use public transport. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

I can't say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. When I lost my phone on a tour bus, they were really good too keep in touch with the tour company all day. Even though my phone wasn't found, their sympathy and support were special. The breakfast and happy hour were also wonderful, with attentive staff who immediately refilled everything. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely bathroom. The hotel's location allowed us to walk everywhere, including the Duomo which was about a half-hour away. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful surroundings and the way the staff makes you feel like a valued guest.
